2. Open to UK residents only, donors must be aged 16 years or over.
3. For each qualifying donation made via text or online, the promoter will donate £1.00 which goes to Sport Relief.
4. Donations must be made 10/01/2010 – 30/06/2010 inclusive
5. If the Promoter suspects that fraudulent activity has taken place we reserve the right not to match the donations

7. Donors to text the word 'HOOPS' and the last 4 digits of the bar code (found on the pack) to the following short code 60505. All qualifying donations will be acknowledged by a return text message.
8. Each qualifying text donation will incur a total cost of £1.00, of which 60p goes to Sport Relief, and 40p covers VAT, network and administration costs. The promoter will receive no income from these charges. The total of £1 will be deducted from the donor's available credit, if a pre-pay customer, or appear on monthly statements of 'pay monthly' customers. Please make sure you have permission of the bill payer before donating.
9. If you wish to donate more than the 60p, then please repeat the text process or donate online at www.hulahoops.com
10. You can donate a maximum of 5 times per day via text.

11. You can donate a minimum of £1.00 by visiting www.hulahoops.com and submitting the last 4 digits of the bar code (found on the pack), your address and credit card details.
12. The promoter's £1 donation is fixed irrespective of the amount donated online.
13. The promoter cannot be held liable for mobile system failures or website service provision. However, the Promoter shall endeavour to minimise the effect on participants of any such failure.
